Abstract:

When the crowded Vietnamese refugee boats met with storms or pirates, if everyone panicked all would be lost.  But if even one person on the boat remained centered and calm it was enough. It showed the way for everyone to survive.”                                                                                           — Thich Nhat Hanh

Drawing upon the core teachings of the Buddha, our evening will include teachings, meditations, stories, and practices of the steady loving heart. We will explore wisdom perspectives, compassionate awakenings, and the gifts of the bodhisattva intentions. Please join us.
