Academics Overview

The study of Buddhism at Stanford is centered in the Department of Religious Studies and supported by the Ho Center for Buddhist Studies. Additional resources for the study of Buddhism in the San Francisco Bay Area include Stanford's Center for East Asian Studies, the Numata Center for Buddhist Studies and the Group in Buddhist Studies at UC Berkeley, and the Institute of Buddhist Studies.
